The
established goodwill of the institution and its strong ties with the industry
has enabled Campus Recruitment to take place in spite of the current global
recession. Many multinational companies did visit the campus and hired, as well
as short listed a considerable number of our final year students who were
interested in taking up the job offer.
In the
first phase the companies were Google India, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, and
Deloitte India. In the second phase E&Y, New Wave Computing and First
Source visited the campus to conduct written test and preliminary rounds of
interviews. The third and fourth phase consisted of Wipro, Infosys, JP Morgan
(Chase) and Deutsch Bank(Fides), The Writer’s block, target and Ocwin Financial
services in the months of February and March. Companies like TCS and Price
Water Coppers visited towards the end of March.
