About:
Curation of an Entrepreneurial Mindset is an extensive process that needs an environment where
like-minded people come together to network, brainstorm ideas, and execute them. The
Entrepreneurship Learning Initiative strives to curate such events and opportunities for young
aspiring and budding entrepreneurs, providing them with direction and skills that shall help give
flight to their ideas and transform the same into something rather concrete.
At ELI, we help garner skills inter alia, Ideation, Curation, Effective Management and Organization,
Communication, Critical Thinking, Logical Reasoning, Confidence Development, and more.
Furthermore, we intend on introducing initiatives that shall help foster peer to peer learning and
shared learning.
Objectives:
• To foster entrepreneurial mindset and skills.
• To encourage collaboration and networking among aspiring entrepreneurs.
• To provide learning opportunities through workshops, seminars, and guest speakers.
• To facilitate hands-on experience through entrepreneurial competitions

The event was an Icebreaker session featuring two activities: Inner Circle, Outer Circle, where participants paired up to introduce themselves and rotate for new interactions, and Simon Says, a fun command game to energize and engage everyone.

The Josephite Business Club (JBC) hosted its first event of the academic year on July 10, 2025, at Xavier Hall to welcome Second-Year ERP and First-Year students. The session featured speeches by President Nidhi Rajesh and Vice Presidents Yashas S and Aabid Ali, who highlighted the club’s mission and personal growth opportunities. Former members also shared how JBC shaped their journeys. Interactive games like Family Feud and Trump or Nah helped new members bond. The event wrapped up with a call for active participation, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.


Kaleido is the creative backbone of the BBA department. It creates an outlet for writers, designers, and photographers, and encourages them to hone their skills. Kaleido is responsible for:
● Writing, designing, and publishing the BBA department magazine, The BBA Herald
● Covering all significant events, fests, seminars, and other activities organised within the BBA department and drafting reports for the same
● The “Humans of BBA” initiative, a narrative on select final year students
● BBA Campus Chronicles, the monthly newsletter, an initiative during the academic year 2024-25, and many more activities

Kaleido aspires to nurture artistic expression, artistic style, and technical foundations, enabling students to become trailblazers in the world of creative endeavors. The Quest Club is the research club of the BBA Department. The Quest club is a dedicated association established with the aim of fostering a passion for research among students, providing a platform for intellectual exploration and collaborative learning. We strive to tap into the members' minds, broadening their view of the horizon and promoting exploration into the world of research. The club promotes bringing new perspectives while learning the various aspects of research.

• To develop a thriving research culture in our institution.
• To make research a fun and enjoyable academic pursuit.
• To build a strong foundation of learning the requisites of a research project.

Navigating New Bonds, the Icebreaker Odyssey was the first event ofour club. During the program the members were given funny research topics and each group had to present them. Event also consisted of fun games aimed at building relationships and getting to know team members.
