B.Com (Professional - International Accounting & Finance) Programme has been designed in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, for providing skills and knowledge relevant to any business. With an innovative curriculum design and content, the B.Com (Professional- International Accounting and Finance) programme also offers an eight-paper exemption out of Eleven ACCA papers. The teaching of core subjects will be done by experienced practicing professionals from the industry as well as by competent faculty of St. Joseph’s College of Commerce. It is essential for all candidates seeking admission to the 1st year of the degree programme to have completed 12 years of schooling through an examination conducted by a recognized board. Students must have passed exams at +2 level (ISC / CBSE / Karnataka PU Board / other State Boards / International Boards) in any stream from any recognized boards from India or abroad.

Candidates will be tested in the areas of Basic and Advanced Accounts, Finance, English Language Skills, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation. The entrance exam paper will be for 60 marks, comprising 60 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with one mark each. The examination will last for one hour.
Only candidates provisionally selected from Round 1 shall be notified by email. Candidates who are not selected will not receive any further communication.
Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be called for Round 2 and assessed on Accounting and Finance (portions from Class XI and XII syllabus).
Candidates provisionally shortlisted for the personal interview will be notified by email. No email will be sent to candidates who are not shortlisted.
Qualified candidates in Round 2 will be notified for a personal interview and document verification along with their parents in formal attire.

Guidelines for filling the application:
Application form to be filled (fill in all applicable fields) and submitted online through the college website (www.sjcc.edu.in).
On the success of the payment transaction and submission of the online application please note down the 8-digit Application Number generated by the software. The same should be quoted for all further correspondences during the time of admissions.
As soon as the results are announced the marks should be entered online and submitted online on or before the deadlines mentioned on the website.
The final list of the provisionally selected candidates and the schedule of the interview/orientation can be viewed on the website and applicant login. Provisionally selected candidates will be intimated through applicant login/E-mail.
Applicants who are selected for the interview/orientation should bring along with them the hard copy of:

• Valid ID (Aadhar, Passport etc.)
• Class X marks card
• Class XI marks card
• Class XII marks card (if available)
