B.Com (Accounting and Taxation) Programme

The B.Com (Accounting and Taxation) programme is an integrated undergraduate course aligned with the Chartered Accountancy (CA) curriculum and offered in collaboration with J.K. Shah Classes, a recognised academic partner. It enables students to prepare for CA Foundation and Intermediate alongside core commerce studies, creating a strong academic–professional pathway. The curriculum offers in- depth learning in Accounting, Income Tax, GST, Auditing, Financial Reporting, Corporate Law, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Governance, and Professional Ethics, preparing graduates for careers in accounting, taxation, auditing, finance, and corporate compliance.


Programme Objectives:

• To develop strong subject knowledge in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management, aligned with the Chartered Accountancy (CA) curriculum alongside core commerce studies.
• To equip learners with contemporary accounting and taxation frameworks, standards, and practical interpretation skills relevant to professional practice.
