About Programme

The BBA (Finance and Accountancy) programme is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business, finance, and accountancy while integrating professional learning through CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

The programme is integrated with the CGMA Finance Leadership Program (FLP), a digital learning and assessment pathway towards the globally recognised CGMA Professional Qualification. Students receive exemptions from 14 of the 16 papers of the CGMA Professional Qualification, enabling them to progress towards the professional qualification alongside their undergraduate degree.

The programme combines academic learning with practical exposure through case studies, financial markets, industry interactions, internships, and application based learning. The curriculum also develops skills in financial analysis, business strategy, technology, critical thinking, and decision making, reflecting the evolving role of finance professionals. The upgraded CGMA qualification places greater emphasis on finance business partnering, analytical thinking, strategic planning, technology, and real world problem solving.

Through this integrated approach, students can build both an undergraduate degree and a globally recognised professional qualification pathway, preparing them for careers across finance, accounting, banking, investment, consulting, and business management.
