About the Programme

PGDFM is a Weekend Post Graduate Diploma Programme recognised by the Government of Karnataka, designed for students pursuing other full-time/part-time programmes, entrepreneurs, and working executives, with classes on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Across the one-year, two-semester programme, participants take eight courses, along with guest lectures, workshops and hands-on experiential learning through technical tools.

Eligibility

Candidates must have completed any undergraduate degree from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% of marks across all core papers.

Apply through the portal

Submit the online application along with the ₹5,000 registration fee; no entrance test is conducted for this programme.

Application Procedure

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION:

  • From 11th March 2024 onwards, candidates can submit PGD Online Application forms pursuing /completing undergraduate programmes.
  • Candidate should have a personal email ID as well as the parent's email ID and mobile numbers.
  • Candidate will have to pay the application fee of Rs.500/- which is non-refundable. The fee has to be paid through the Online Payment gateway.
  • Candidates must have a scanned copy of the recent colour passport size (35mm X 45mm or 98px X 128px) photograph in formal attire on a white background in less than 100 KB. (MM= Millimetre; px =Pixels) in jpg/jpeg format. The photo should not be blurred or defaced. Selfies and cropped images are not acceptable.
  • Class X Marks Card to be used as a reference document to enter personal details such as name, parent name, date of birth etc.
  • Marks of the respective subjects including that of languages should be included.
  • Copy of Marks card(s) of the final examination of 10th standard/11th standard/I PUC or the 12th standard /II PUC, if available has to be entered/uploaded wherever applicable. Copy of degree marks card(s) of all semesters/years for Post Graduate applicants.
  • Ignorance of any of the above guidelines will disqualify the candidate's application.
  • Incomplete or incorrect applications will be automatically rejected.

Step1

Application form to be filled (fill in all applicable fields) and submitted online through the college website (www.sjcc.edu.in).

On the success of the payment transaction and submission of the online application please note down the 8-digit Application Number generated by the software. The same should be quoted for all further correspondences during the time of admissions.

Step3 (Mandatory)

As soon as the results are announced the marks should be entered online and submitted online on or before the deadlines mentioned on the website.

The final list of the provisionally selected candidates and the schedule of the interview/orientation can be viewed on the website and applicant login. Provisionally selected candidates will be intimated through applicant login/E-mail.

Applicants who are selected for the interview/orientation should bring along with them the hard copy of:
• Printout of the filled-in online application form
• Valid ID (Aadhar, Passport etc.)
• Class X marks card
• Class XI marks card
• Class XII marks card (if available)
• Caste certificate (if Applicable)
• Valid ID (Updated Aadhar, Passport etc.)
• E-admit card.

Upload a recent passport-style photograph (35mm × 45mm / 98×128px, under 100KB, JPG/JPEG, formal attire, plain white background — no selfies or cropped photos). Read the guidelines carefully: incomplete or incorrect applications are automatically rejected.

The college does not demand capitation/donations for admissions. In case such a demand is made by anyone, it is requested to bring it to the notice, in writing, to the Vice President, Bangalore Jesuit Educational Society, Jesuit Nivas, 35, Museum Road, Bengaluru – 560 025.

The decision of the Admissions Committee at St. Joseph's College of Commerce is final and binding in all matters concerning admissions.
