Ayushman Card Drive — in collaboration with Ashirvad

Training: 4 July 2026 · Campaign: 5 July 2026
The Ayushman Card Drive was a two-day initiative organised to help citizens access government health and welfare benefits through the creation of Ayushman and E-Shram cards.

Day 1 — Training Session
The first day was conducted at the Ashirvad Centre, where students underwent detailed training on the process of creating Ayushman and E-Shram cards. As part of the session, students practised by creating sample cards themselves to gain hands-on familiarity with the procedure.

Day 2 — Field Campaign
The second day marked the actual campaign, where eight students from the Student Council, Youth for Democracy, the National Service Scheme and the Centre for Social Action came together to serve the community. Over the course of a single day the team created more than 250 cards and served over 400 citizens.

Through this initiative students gained a deeper understanding of the significance of these cards and their impact on people’s lives. They also learned to navigate real-world challenges such as website glitches and network issues, mastering the process to serve those in need efficiently.
