About the Association

The Women’s Forum of SJCC is a platform for advocacy, empowerment, and awareness. It addresses issues related to gender equality and women’s safety through workshops, talks, and campaigns. By encouraging open dialogue and solidarity, the Forum builds confidence and community among students. Guided by the motto “We Stand for Justice and Gender Equality,” it works toward creating a more just and respectful environment for all.

Objectives

  • To promote gender equality and inclusivity within the campus.
  • To educate students on women’s rights and legal awareness.
  • To create safe spaces for dialogue, empowerment, and expression.

Outcome

The Women Empowerment initiatives foster confidence, innovation, and leadership among young women through interactive workshops, expert talks, and strategic idea presentations. Participants gain practical skills, business acumen, and self-defence techniques, empowering them to become resilient and prepared individuals. The events strengthen community bonds, spark meaningful conversations, and encourage strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership.
